As President of SHRM Southwest Louisiana for 2026, I am honored to lead a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing the HR profession and supporting our local HR community. Our mission is to develop and expand essential partnerships with human resource professionals, our communities and the organizations we serve, to address the evolving workplace, social trends, and human management.
The workplace is evolving faster than ever. Expectations are higher, challenges are more complex, and HR professionals are often asked to shoulder significant responsibilities for both their organizations and their people.
